About Me

Using breath I aim to empower people to unite conscious movement with intention. I help them create internal space and develop the art of letting go.


I wish to break the veils and barriers surrounding the management of mental disorders and empower people to find accountability within their own health. I feel a focus upon recovery using alternative methods should be paramount with-in any healthcare plan.


I come to you from a place of personal experience, with methods I have adopted to manage my own personal struggles. I endeavor to teach from my own personal journey and always impart an authentic understanding of the knowledge I share.

In 2015 I embarked on a course in Sound therapy. I realised that within ones yoga practice that this would change the frequency of the persons body. This frequency change can be supported with sound therpy tools.
